Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
